As a Judge, he was incisive and forthright and has many leading judgments to his credit. It is hardly necessary to mention them here because Dr Mahajan has given an analysis of all those judgments with copious extracts from his pronouncements. I think the subject was a vast one but Dr Mahajan has adequately covered all angles of Chief Justice Mahajan’s colourful life.
