Jagjivan Ram Played A Most Significant Role In The Longdrawn Political Struggle For Freedom In Our Subcontinent. Born In A Middle Class Family, He Was Deeply Impressed By The Gandhian Philosophy During His College Days. He Became A True Gandhian And Initially, Preached Swadeshi And Undertook The Constructive Work In Bihar. At A Fairly Young Age, He Became The Leader Of Harijans And Economically Weaker Sections Of Our Society. He Was A Very Fine Organiser, A Popular Mass Leader, And A Reputed Parliamentarian.The Theme Deals With His Political Career, Mainly In Pre1947 Period, His Ideology, Role For The Upliftment Of People Living In The Rural Areas, Has Administrative Capability And Last But Not The Least His Legacy For A Common Man In Our Subcontinent.
