Law and Medicine

This is a sincere attempt on the part of a beginner in the field of legal writing. This book will be of interest to not only teachers and students of both legal and medical field but also the administrators who are responsible for planning and delivery of healthcare. Every attempt has been made to keep it update, it was my endeavour to examine and analyze various legislations made in relation to law and medicine, role of the judiciary to protect and uplift the health as the wealth of the nation. The present study is confined to the legislations, cases, interviews, the national International guidelines, proposals and reports. Some recommendations are made here to curb the evil in the society.
