Mediation

Since its beginning in 1971, Law Centre-II has established itself as a space for scholastic excellence. The Centre is known for organising a large number of academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities throughout the year. The book on 'Mediation', is an outcome of the research activities being done at the Centre. The purpose of mediation is to save time and avoid expenses of litigation by settling a lawsuit amicably.
